1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and babou88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the babou88 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and any related features or content made available through the platform.

By accessing the babou88 platform — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager — you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on babou88 at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. babou88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, babou88 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. babou88 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.3 KYC Verification

babou88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Verification may also be requested at any other time at babou88's discretion. The KYC process requires submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, a screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

babou88 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all mobile wallet methods. Visa and Mastercard deposits carry a minimum of ৳1,000. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to the player's babou88 balance in real time. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard bank processing times of one to three hours. babou88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which babou88 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal per transaction is ৳200,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Refusal

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required deposit or action to trigger the offer. babou88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, and to exclude any player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions (collusion).
• Using a strategy specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee progression).
• Providing false information to qualify for a restricted promotion.

5.4 Promotional Changes

babou88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. babou88's decisions regarding all promotional matters are final and binding.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a wager being placed or settled at incorrect odds or an incorrect outcome, babou88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. babou88 is not liable for any loss of winnings, whether anticipated or real, resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful to babou88 or to other players, or that violates the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Accessing babou88 using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human play or places bets without human interaction.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the babou88 platform, including other players' accounts, administrative interfaces, or back-end systems.
• Using or attempting to use any exploit, bug, or vulnerability in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using babou88 as a mechanism for moving or obscuring the proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to cheat at any game offered on babou88.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing babou88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit that has been validly used for gambling activity on babou88.

Where babou88 identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above activities, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending wagers, forfeit all balances, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their babou88 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

8.2 Closure by babou88

babou88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Identification of a duplicate or multiple account situation.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements applicable to babou88's operations.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by babou88 — all unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned (unless the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms), all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the player will no longer be able to access the babou88 platform. Players who have been permanently excluded for responsible gaming reasons will not be permitted to re-register and will be blocked at the device, email, and phone number level.
